Good morning, after discussing with our team about the situation we would again like to extend our apologies for the misunderstanding regarding cards on file and for your negative experience with us. We do not have any record of a card on file for your account nor any prior records of us charging you through a card on file. VMC has never kept any credit/debit cards on file, however we are able to look up Care Credit accounts and even offered to accept a photo of the card to avoid driving back home to retrieve it.
