In listening back to our recorded calls- my tone was calm, and I was patient and respectful throughout- including when you became hostile, repeatedly interrupted me, and ultimately hung up on me twice. Regarding the missing medication - our dental nurse is 100% positive she handed you two complete packages of Onsior pain medication during the discharging of your cats, which is why you are not due a refund. She is one of the most trustworthy, detail-oriented people I have ever met. She has worked for us and in the veterinary field for well over a decade and is highly respected. Everyone is always very nice and attentive with our 3 cats. They manage to get us into the clinic in any cases of urgency. I like that it never smells too strong of animal.
