Called to make an appointment. Explained my dog is anxious patient. I arrived on time. They? Nope. Place was empty too. I waited 45 minutes with my 14 year old dog and there appeared to be only one cat patient who was ahead of me. …

Thank you for sharing your feedback. We are sorry to hear that your experience did not meet your expectations, especially when caring for a senior pet can already be stressful. We would like to clarify a few points regarding your visit. You were escorted to an exam room upon arrival. While our doctor was finishing with a previous patient, that appointment concluded only a few minutes after your scheduled appointment time. We understand that any wait can feel longer when accompanied by an anxious pet, and we apologize for the frustration this caused. Regarding the laboratory results, the urine sample and bloodwork were sent to an outside laboratory, as is standard practice in our general practice setting. We went to an adoption event there and all the dogs were in great health. A little pricey for adoption fees but thats ok. Staff was very helpful and kind. We adopted my boy onyx hes the sweetest little thing!
