We understand how frustrating the financial aspect of healthcare plays in the big picture, but the reality is, it cost money to have skilled professionals run those test and interpret those results to determine an appropriate treatment/care plan for a patient who can not verbalize to us what they are feeling/experiencing. Bloodwork and radiographs give us a glimpse into what is happening with your pets internal organs, and hopefully lead us on the right path. As you stated, your frustration turned into verbal assault toward multiple staff members and simply could not be tolerated. We hope that you cat was able to get the medical attention that it needed.

Poor business practices. Had to can cancel a vet appointment a month in advance and they kept my $50 deposit. They say even a cancellation is non refundable. There are too many extenuating circumstances that can account for a cancellation. …

Thank you for your review. It allows us the opportunity to explain the need for our policy. As you may recall, our telephone tree explains the non-refundable deposit and give you option to proceed with speaking with a staff member prior to accepting the deposit and scheduling your pet's appointment. Also, at the time of scheduling it is verbally reiterated that the deposit is non-refundable AND you signed a policy form acknowledging the policy. With every credit card/debit card transaction, there is a fee that we as merchants pay to the credit card processing company. It is a percentage + a flat fee of each transaction and the percentage differs by card (reward cards/cash back/airline points cards cost us more, so that you can earn those rewards, the credit card company certainly doesn't…

They're pitbull friendly and my puppy loves them. They also answered my call and got me in as soon as they could for my kitten who had ear mites. They did a combination of ear drops and an ointment for fleas and ear mites. Absolutely lovely people and if you have questions to understand better they'll explain it. 😊
